Week-end Post, Freaky Friday!
Here are three things you might not want to miss this weekend, one for each day.
1. I said it last month but seriously, check out the Oakland Art Murmer if you haven't been I urge you. If you have been I remind you. It is tonight, so get your butt to Oakland and drink on the street, see cool art, and go to hip parties. Here is the info.
2. Change the Beat II, at Blake's on Telegraph on Saturday. Go hear some cool bands and help Ugandan Refugees. It is 18+ so you should be able to get in, unless you are a freak who skipped a few grades. The Violet Hour is playing and they really rock. I am not sure about the other bands. But Blake's is close and proximity is everything.
3. Try going to a game that isn't a football game on Sunday. The men's soccer team is playing the Washington Huskies. And the Women's basketball team is playing a "warm up game" , you can go see they strut their stuff.
